In December 2018, Hitu started a community organization known as WINS Toronto. WINS Toronto's aim is to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. We champion inclusive and equitable policies in the Canadian workforce. WINS Toronto promotes, enables, and develops professional skills of people who might have experienced challenges professionally due to their ethnicity, cultural background, country of origin, orientation and/or gender identity.
