The founder Dr. Hitu Sood is a well known, experienced international HR and Management Consultant. Hitu holds a Doctorate in Management from Victoria University (Australia). Hitu has completed a Master's degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from Monash University (Australia) and, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne. Over the span of her career Hitu has worked in three continents spanning Asia, Australia, and North America. Hitu has worked in consulting capacity for organizations such as American Express, Hyundai, Sony, Maruti Suzuki, ABN Amro, ICICI Prudential, Coca-Cola, and Hewitt Aon to name a few. Hitu is currently co-authoring a book on the life journeys of entrepreneurs. Hitu has worked on various Government funded research projects in Australia. Hitu teaches postgraduate management courses at Conestoga College and is part of the Program Advisory Committee at International Business University of Toronto (IBU). Hitu has been on the Most Inclusive HR Influencer List since October, 2019.

We are based in Toronto with a wide network of independent recruiters and HR professionals that we associate with to help our clients meet their national and international talent and HR needs. We are Employer Partners with various organizations that support diversity and inclusiveness in the Canadian workforce.

In December 2018, Hitu started a community organization known as WINS Toronto. WINS Toronto's aim is to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. We champion inclusive and equitable policies in the Canadian workforce. WINS Toronto promotes, enables, and develops professional skills of people who might have experienced challenges professionally due to their ethnicity, cultural background, country of origin, orientation and/or gender identity. Hitu organizes networking and learning events for public every month in Toronto.
